NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a psychological approach that explores the connection between our thoughts (neuro), language (linguistic), and behaviors (programming). By changing how we think and speak, we can influence our emotions and actions, leading to personal improvement.
In simple terms, NLP is about understanding how our mind works and using that knowledge to improve our communication, overcome challenges, and achieve our goals.
It involves techniques that can help people change negative habits, enhance their relationships, and boost their confidence.
NLP is a practical, fast acting, solutions-based therapy that enables you to rapidly take control of your emotions, empowering you to overcome unhelpful and negative thoughts that often result in self-limiting beliefs.
Children are particularly responsive to NLP therapy as they are not as conditioned as adults and therefore, they are more open to change, growth and ultimately improving themselves.
Unlike talk therapy, which is often lengthy when undertaken in isolation, NLP focuses on practical solutions to real life problems. NLP works quickly and effectively, therapeutic sessions typically last between 2 – 8 sessions.
